Video/Social Media Project

For my video project, I created a short visual narrative exploring how social media, despite being designed to connect people, can often leave us feeling more isolated. Set to "Sign of the Times" by Harry Styles, the video contrasts scenes of endless scrolling, online interactions, and digital distractions with moments of missed real-life connection. Rather than relying on dialogue, I used music, pacing, and imagery to evoke emotion and encourage viewers to reflect on their own relationship with social media. The goal of the project was not to criticize technology itself, but to highlight the importance of being present and recognizing that genuine human connection happens beyond the screen.
